Philip Moore Software Architect

Mr. Moore develops intelligent systems applications for planning and workflow management systems. His recent work has included designing and evaluating rich user interfaces for enterprise-scale distributed systems. He has also served as engineering lead on prototype and production software products, providing requirement analysis, architecture design, UI storyboard, and deployment documentation, as well as implementation.

His research interests include human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Information Technology and Web Engineering, Soft Computing, the Journal of Chemical Physics, the Journal of Metals, and the Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance, as well as in peer-reviewed conference proceedings.

Mr. Moore was part of a team awarded a U.S. patent in 2012 for automated classification and access of web services. His accomplishments include Best Paper and Best Video awards from AI conferences, and developing a distributed question-answering application server for intelligence analysts that was demonstrated for the U.S. Congress.
